Call for Entries for the US International Awards 2025

The International Competition for Video Content Enters the Next Round


The starting signal for this year's US International Awards has been fired, and the call for entries is now officially open. Creative minds from around the world, including filmmakers, producers, agencies, and students, are invited to submit their outstanding corporate videos and documentaries. The submission deadline is March 14, 2025.

Expanded Categories to Showcase Talent
The US International Awards 2025 offer an even broader range of categories to appropriately honor the diversity of creative work. Whether it's classic image spots, marketing campaigns, social media content, or documentaries – there is a suitable category for every project. With additional thematic and technical categories, such as the Production Art & Craft categories, every creative vision will find its place.

Industry-Leading Jury of Experts
A distinguished jury of over 50 internationally renowned industry experts will evaluate the submissions based on concept, objectives, creative and technical excellence, and innovation. The winners will be announced during an online awards ceremony in June 2025.

Important Dates to Remember
Early Bird Deadline: October 25, 2025
Regular Deadline: February 14, 2025
Final Deadline: March 14, 2025
Winner Announcement: June 25, 2025

For the second year in a row, the Grand Award for Student Videos went to an aspiring young filmmaker from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg based in Germany. This year, the talented Vanessa Stachel received the prestigious award for her innovative stop-motion spec spot "Delivery for Mr. Frogula".

Congratulations on your Grand Award! What does it mean to you and all the people involved in this project to receive this award?

Our “Team Frogula” is absolutely blown away by the success we had in the last months at festivals with our stop-motion spec spot! And now, winning a Grand Award at the US International Awards shows us we made all the right decisions when making the film. Thank you so much, we feel honored!

Can you run us through the creative process behind the winning work you entered into the 2024 US International Awards? 

My very first idea was just to make a stop-motion spec spot about a vampire frog. That’s it. I felt a bit exhausted from the very busy three years of film school I had so far and I loved the idea of just crafting a frog puppet and listening to audiobooks for countless hours while doing so.
And maybe also to tell a super fun and spooky story? Since forever, I’ve been in love with Vampire stories... and with frogs!
